In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, the personal data requested by MKT INSIGHTS through the forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our files in order to handle the User's request or enquiry. In addition, unless the exception in Article 30(5) GDPR applies, a record of processing activities is kept, specifying the processing activities carried out according to their purposes and the other circumstances established in the GDPR.

Where the User must or may provide data through forms to make enquiries, request information or for reasons related to the content of the Website, the User will be informed if completing any of them is mandatory because it is essential for the operation concerned.
The personal data in the contact form are collected and managed by MKT INSIGHTS in order to handle the User's request or enquiry.

To protect the contact form against automated submissions, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile analyses technical signals from the browser, such as the IP address, TLS fingerprint and User-Agent, as well as the site key and origin. It does not access what you write in the form.
These signals are used to detect and block bots, and the legal basis is the legitimate interest of MKT INSIGHTS in protecting the site. Cloudflare acts as a processor for that purpose and as a controller when it uses the signals to improve its bot detection. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, on standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare describes these signals as strictly necessary.
